NECK AND FACE LIFTING
A lot of the time, after weight loss, especially in large amounts, the sagging of our tissues can deform our faces. Now we are healthier people, with a better life prognosis, but our faces don’t reflect this. When looking in the mirror, we stop feeling healthy.
The reincorporation of our facial tissues is essential after weight loss. Since the rest of our body is covered in clothes, we can model it temporarily with girdles.
Not our faces!
Feeling healthy after losing 50 or 70 kilos can be a good start in moving forward, or starting out with the first thing that we see and is visible.

Arm Lifting (Brachioplasty) and Resection
In mild cases, we can use laser liposuction, the Smart Lipo system, to cause tissue retraction, and when there’s fat, suck it out too.
In other cases, when the volume and flaccidity no longer allow it, or when the patient is over a certain age where there will no longer be an ideal skin retraction, we do Brachioplasty, a surgery where we resect the flaccid tissue and arm surplus. The scar is made in a strategic point so it will be as imperceptible as possible in the internal, slightly back part of the arm, with great results.
