The most suitable thing to do is remove the mole from our face in the least aggressive way possible, trying to leave the smallest scar, but doing so in a way that is appropriate in case it is malignant.

The manner and direction in which our expression lines are, as well as secondary expressions that we need to take into account to remove a mole, are fundamental information to plan removal surgery, and try to leave the least amount of scarring, planned and functional for the general expression of our face.
